KIRAN-X is a stencil illustrator, a Pablo's Art Studios Tutor / Mentor and a Creative Technologies Lecturer at WelTec. His works have been described as visceral, grindhouse, exploitative, and hyper sensualized. KIRAN-X is inspired by ravaged, neglected bill boards where the cosmetic product is diminished and all that is left is a fallen idol.
“I enjoy exploiting fashion waste and re-engineering it through aerosol stencilization. I like to see myself as a Dr Frankenstein, methodically splicing graphics and reforging through stencil surgery to create something more sinister and seductive”
